Mixing food with science, Marcel Vigneron (from Top Chef fame) uses the kitchen as his laboratory and food as his experiment. Marcel will work with high profile clients to fulfill their catering needs while using his molecular gastronomy approach. Follow Marcel as he goes from molecules to meals.
