Mixing food with science, Marcel Vigneron (from Top Chef fame) uses the kitchen as his laboratory and food as his experiment. Marcel will work with high profile clients to fulfill their catering needs while using his molecular gastronomy approach. Follow Marcel as he goes from molecules to meals.
In this clip Marcel uses his creative culinary skills in order to guide the guests through their meal with an edible map. However, he runs into a tight spot when his party host is put off by even the first dish. Hopefully Marcel and the team don’t put all their eggs in one basket.
